Module 14: Service Interruptions and the Notification App

This tutorial will demonstrate the process for handling calls during a proper system outage.  It will include a review of the following:

  • How to log tickets for an interruption to service
  • What to do with the tickets - leave the open or close them?
  • What sort of information to capture in a service disruption
  • How we communicate during a service disruption
  • How the notification tool works, and what it looks like to the Agent
