Module 7: Views – What are they Good for?

We use Views in Zendesk to organize and sort our tickets.   This tutorial will review the different views and their purposes with a focus on Unassigned tickets and the All Unsolved tickets views.  You will learn how to create a View and understand the difference between a shared and personal View.
