Module 15:  When Zendesk goes down – What do you do?

Zendesk is very good about communicating outages and system issues.  There are several ways to get information as to the status of an issue:

  • Check the system status board inside Zendesk
  • Call Zendesk
  • Send an email to support@zendesk.com
  • Check the twitter account for updates under Zendesk Operations
  • Agents, just log their tickets in Word or Notepad and then do tickets when it comes up again.
