The Help Centre is a customer facing online help resource for customers to self serve and look for their own answers to questions. One feature available on this Help Centre is the ability to submit your own ticket. This video tutorial will focus on this workflow form both the end user perspective, as well as the responding Agent. This tutorial demonstrates the following features:
- How to access the Submit a Request form via the Help Centre and the Ask Us tab/Web Widget
- Where the ticket appear in the Agent interface
- What type of notification happens on these requests
- How an end user reviews all of their ticket history
