Module 10: Email Support

With Zendesk we can integrate product support email addresses to automatically create a ticket and hold it in queue.  These tickets are found in the Unassigned View, and can be managed by any Agent with access to that View.  This video tutorial will demonstrate:

  • How an end user submits an email inquiry
  • Where the ticket is displayed
  • How the customers and Agent can interact via the ticket
