Module 5 : Creating a Ticket in Zendesk

This video tutorial will carry on from the previous video, after we have found our contact name in Zendesk, and proceed with the process to create and complete a ticket!  The scenario is from a phone call perspective; as if you have a caller on the phone and you are logging a ticket for their inquiry.  It will go over each ticket field as well as the importance of what content is entered into tickets.
