Zendesk provides us with the ability to integrate apps into our ticket windows to optimize our ability to complete tickets and/or be aware of customers’ history and activity. This video tutorial will provide you with an overview of all of the apps that we currently have employed in all of our Zendesk instances which include:
- Answer Suggestion - Automatically search your Help Center for relevant articles
- User Data - Surface customer info and ticket history right next to a ticket
- Ticket Redaction app - An app for redacting portions of text and attachments
- Attachment Restrictions – Warn Agents about potentially unsafe attachments in a ticket
- Notification app – keeping in touch with your team and staying informed of issues
