This video tutorial will walk you through the general search functionality in the Support interface in Zendesk. It will introduce how to search customers and contacts as well as look at their activities such as previous calls, articles they are following and profile information.
There are a couple of ways to search for a contact in Zendesk: via the search bar or via the ticket. This tutorial will demonstrate both of these methods to locate your caller’s name and organization in Zendesk. It will also introduce you to ticket creation.
